As a small business, David Oreck Candle Co. only ships to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Mexico or Canada. We do not ship to FPO or APO addresses. We do not ship internationally.
We currently ship by UPS to street addresses only.
Orders normally ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday. Orders can take from 10 to 14 business days to arrive, but may be received sooner. At present orders ship via UPS. By ordering online you will receive an order confirmation via email.
For package delivery security reasons, we are not responsible if the tracking information shows your package was delivered to your address, but was removed by someone other than yourself (the customer). To avoid this happening we advise you to call or email us to request the package delivery require a signature by someone from within the premises of your home. There is a $5 fee for this service, please call 1-800-464-1450 to add this. For large orders, we may deem it necessary to use a signature required label on your order. If this is the case, we will advise you by email and or telephone.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy - You may return (at your expense) unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund. We do not furnish return labels. Please call us if you intend to return any part of your order for a refund or exchange. Exchange orders are subject to shipping charges for the new item. Include a copy of your invoice or note with order number and reason for return.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return by calling 1-800-464-1450, 8am -6pm CST, M-F. Coupon Use: Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons are not eligible for use on sale items, Oreck Select or Clearance and are not eligible for use on Free Shipping Days.
At this time state sales tax is applicable for the states of Louisiana and North Carolina only. For orders using Partial-Ly the sales tax is divided into the two payments.
